At Ruff Life Dog Training, SMS helps us stay in touch when we're in sessions or on the go. You may get a quick message about your reservation, schedule updates, or how your pup is doing

Texting is the best way for us to reach you when it counts, so we recommend keeping SMS enabled if you have a reservation with us.

By submitting your contact information through our website or forms, you agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, or SMS. SMS messaging will be reserved for contacting you about: your dog while your dog is in our care (e.g., boarding, drop off training), upcoming appointments or group classes, and upcoming closures that will affect your reservation(s). You generally will not receive SMS messaging from us if you do not have a reservation. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messaging by replying STOP. If you choose to opt out of SMS messaging, you do so with the understanding that this can cause communication delays and communication would be limited to email.

* Payment is required as outlined at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least  72 hours in advance  of the scheduled session to avoid being charged in full. No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
